Mark has also delivered a number of residential schemes varying in size during his career. Mark studied and gained his BEng (Hons) in building services engineering in 2011 whilst continuing to work full time.
Over the course of the following 11 years, Mark has worked for a number of highly respected consultancies working on projects of various scale and within varying market sectors.
This experience in varying sectors, and varying project sizes has allowed Mark to gain a broad knowledge of not only within Mechanical, Electrical and Public.
Health services, but the interface and impact building services has on other trades, integrating strategies in co-ordination with sustainability and ESG driven criteria, the construction process as a whole, cost management, risk identification and the ability to understand his client’s needs and identify opportunities for his clients.
